Live Style Demos

The listed MIDI styles were created and edited by the Yamaha PSRS970 workstation and other Yamaha software. They are compatible with the Yamaha Genos, Tyros, and all PSR models. The variations and ‘shtick’ are programmed into the ‘INTRO’, ‘MAIN VARIATION’, and ‘ENDING’ sections of the Yamaha arranger workstation. They can be moved around and placed in different sections as you prefer, or we can split the variations in one style into multiple style files. The style demos featured below are live playing samples of the different styles going though most of the variations, fill-ins, ‘shtick’, intro, and ending. ‘Shtick’ and intros can be interchanged, as it is up to the user how to use them.

Note: Since Freilach is commonly used with Rock, we can copy parts of the Rock style into the Freilach style, as demonstrated in the Freilach Song Demo. The actual Freilach style includes a variation we call Disco-rock to balance these two styles together, you will hear it in the Freilach style demo.
